Position responsibilities and duties include:
Inspections of overhead cranes and various lifting equipment
Identifying cranes and their components.
Knowledge of current OH&S legislation pertaining to safe operation of overhead cranes.
Ability to trouble shoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Repairs for all makes and models of wire rope hoists and chain hoists
Installation of wireless remotes and VFD systems
PLC and inverter wiring and installations
Installation and calibration of load cells
Commissioning, load testing and installation of new crane systems
